What to include
For bug reports: the tool you were using, what you typed or selected, and what you expected versus what happened. A screenshot helps. Since no tool sends data to a server, we can't see what you saw — the more detail you include, the faster we can reproduce and fix it.
Response time
This is a small, independently operated site — we read every message but typically reply within a few days rather than hours.
